PROTOCOL COVID19
Due to the rapid spread of the Covid-19 virus, Aparthotel Reco des Soll has launched a firm prevention and action protocol.
Our responsibility to our guests and employees is to take measures and follow the health recommendations rigorously.
That is why our staff has been trained to follow these rules of prevention and action in the performance of their work.
Prevention rules followed by our staff:
- When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with your elbow bent or with a tissue
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
- Wash your hands frequently
- Have hydroalcoholic solution dispensers (with a percentage of alcohol higher than 70 percent) in the public areas of the establishment and in departments with close contact with the guests (reception, restrooms, high influx areas, …)
- Provide workers with the necessary protective elements and encourage their use (e.g. gloves for surface cleaning)
- In case of suffering a respiratory infection, avoid close contact with other people
In addition to all this, hygiene procedures and protocols have been improved as an additional precautionarymeasure. Among them:
- The hotel cleaning plan has been reinforced.
- Regular contact is made with the corresponding health authorities
- The interaction processes between employee and guest have been identified and analyzed, being modified if necessary, without affecting the quality of our service.
- From the HR department, an exhaustive monitoring of the workers’ health status is being carried out. In addition, continuous training is carried out to guarantee a quality service in the safest way.
